Ingredients for Rainbow Slush Recipe:

  • 16 teaspoon cross Keys rum, divided
  • For garnish fresh fruit skewers
  • Two boxes of freezer pops, assorted flavors (40 pieces), frozen

  • Four cocktail glasses (8 ounces for each)

Step-By-Step Directions:

Step 1:

Take eight small bowls and unwrap the frozen pops, then separate them by colors in bowls. And put the bowl in the freezer for freezing.

Step 2:

After some time, add two teaspoons of Rum into each bowl. Take a fork, break the pops separately, and carefully make a slushy mixture.  Place all the bowls into the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes.

Step 3:

Take out the bowls from the freezer and divide the rainbow slush mixture into four glasses. Serve it, and you can freeze it for up to 2 hours.

Step 4:

Garnish with a skewer of fresh fruits.

So I wanted to use vodka to make the rainbow slush cocktail. So I guess it is a fruity and bright slush for your special guests, who will love it.

  • Seven packets Cool-Aid drink mix
  • 9 cups of ice cubes
  • ¼ cup white sugar

Step 1:

Take a small bowl, and add one teaspoon of the red-colored power to it.

Take another small bowl and add one teaspoon of the orange powered in it.

Take another small bowl and add one teaspoon of the pink powered in it.

Take another small bowl and add one teaspoon of the yellow power to it.

Take another small bowl and add one teaspoon of the blue powered in it.

Take another small bowl and add one teaspoon of the green-powered in it.

Take another small bowl and add one teaspoon of the purple powered in it.

Step 2:

Take a large, high-powered blender, and add ice cubes to the Blender, followed by Smirnoff vodka and sugar.

Step 3:

Blend until slush forms, the spoon out with equal quantities into different bowls with the colored powder. 

Step 4:

Beat the bowl carefully one by one, then spoon into glasses in the form of a rainbow and serve it.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar (210 gram)

  • 2 cups fresh mango, cut into small pieces

  • 6 cups of ice cubes 

  • 2 cups seedless fresh green grapes 

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries cut into small pieces

Directions

  • In a small steel saucepan,  heat up the water and sugar until the sugar has dissolved purely in the water. And then, puree into a bowl and let it cool totally. 
  • Take a blender machine and puree pieces of mango, four teaspoons of the syrup, and 2 cups of the ice cubes until smooth. Pour it into 8- glasses. And keep cold.
  • Wash the blender and repeat the same steps with strawberries and grapes.

Notes

  • We used a small blender equipped with several containers for our recipe. This blender is helpful for us to make three different mixtures quickly at a time, one after the other.
